These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer” or “you”) and Leonardo Martins Silva Rosa, operating as Omni Media(“Omni Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), regarding your access to and use of this website and the purchase of digital products available through our storefront.

1. Operator & Business Identity

This website is operated by individual creator Leonardo Martins Silva Rosa, operating as Omni Media. Omni Media is an independent digital product studio creating and offering original downloadable resources and printable family materials.

Omni Media creates and sells its own original digital products directly to end customers and does not provide client services.

2. Digital Products & Purchase Terms

All products available on this website are digital products delivered electronically. Because our products are entirely digital:

• No physical items, parcels, or printed merchandise will be shipped.
• Printable materials are provided in standard electronic formats (such as PDF) to be printed by the customer at home or via a local print provider.
• Unless explicitly identified otherwise on a specific product page, all purchases are one-time transactions with no recurring billing, subscriptions, or membership fees.

3. Payment & Merchant of Record

Online checkout and payment processing may be facilitated through authorized payment partners and resellers, including Paddle. When orders are processed via Paddle:

• Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for the transaction.
• Paddle handles payment authorization, fraud prevention, currency conversion, and the collection/remittance of applicable sales taxes or Value-Added Tax (VAT).
• Transactions are subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms.

4. Electronic Delivery & Digital Access

Digital access/download is provided after successful payment. No physical product is shipped. Direct access to files is made available upon purchase confirmation. If you experience any technical difficulty accessing your files, contact support at support.omnimedia@gmail.com.

5. License Grant & Permitted Personal Use

Upon full payment, Omni Media grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, store, and print the purchased digital materials an unlimited number of times strictly for your own personal and family use (“Imprímelo cuantas veces quieras para uso personal y familiar”). The license remains valid unless terminated under Section 10.

6. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Commercial Uses

Omni Media owns or controls the rights in the original written content, layouts, compilation, branding, and other protectable elements of its digital products. AI assistance was used in parts of the creative workflow, including illustrations.

The license granted is strictly personal and does NOT permit:

• Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially distributing the digital files or printed copies.
• Redistributing or sharing files across public file repositories, cloud drives, or open groups.
• Uploading files publicly to internet sites, file-sharing platforms, or forums.
• Selling printed copies or physical reproductions commercially.
• Repackaging, modifying, decompiling, or sublicensing the content as part of another commercial offering.

7. Refund Policy Integration

Our refund practices are governed by our dedicated Refund Policy. Customers may submit refund requests within 30 days of purchase, subject to the terms and eligibility conditions described in our Refund Policy and applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information required to complete the purchase and access the digital product.
• Reviewing technical requirements, file formats (e.g., PDF), and device compatibility prior to placing an order.
• Maintaining secure backups of downloaded files on their own devices.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Digital products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leonardo Martins Silva Rosa / Omni Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any non-waivable statutory rights you hold under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.

10. Termination

Your license to use the digital product terminates automatically if you breach any provision of these Terms or upon the issuance of a full refund for the product.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated revision date.
